Our second Annual Outcomes Report highlights how our model creates lasting change through six Core Outcomes that define success in addiction treatment:

Expanding care by reducing barriers for vulnerable populations.

Keeping members actively involved in treatment through community and personalized support.

Supporting members to stay in treatment and build a strong foundation for ongoing recovery.
Remission
Helping members abstain from or reduce opioid and other substance use.

ABOUT GROUPS
Groups is the national leader in value-based care for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment, dedicated to supporting underserved communities most impacted by the opioid overdose crisis. Our evidence-based approach combines medication, group therapy, and personalized support, delivered online and in person by trusted local providers. Together with our community partners, public agencies, and health plans, we’re changing lives and raising the bar in addiction health care.
